We've been blessed with some family time this summer. It's the first time in 13 months we had everyone together. That's all six of our kids, including the oldest two's spouses, the middle boy's fiance`, and our four grandchildren. It gets a bit crowded in here at times with all fifteen of us (we've got just one bathroom) but everyone survives, seemingly no worse for the wear!

We had to shuffle everyone for sleeping arrangements, but that just adds to the 'specialness' of our gathering, right?

We were given four grandkids in the span of 25 months. Not too bad... considering those were only two of our kids having the babies.

There are just 15 months separating Crash and Toodles, his oldest niece. For the most part, they get along great now... but last year, they'd fight over toys all the time. What fun.

ReplyDeleteAnd it was the worse day ever to take those photos... dew points were seventy-some-degrees... temps in the eighties... ugh! All we had to do to work up a sweat was step outside!!
