Blessed John Paul the Great

Today we rejoiced and thanked God for the gift He gave to us, the faithful, in the person of Karol Wojtyła.

Did you know that Pope John Paul II's official title was Bishop of Rome, Vicar of Jesus Christ, Successor of Saint Peter, Head of the College of Bishops, Supreme Pontiff of the Universal Church, Patriarch of the West, Primate of Italy, Archbishop and Metropolitan of the Roman Province, Sovereign of the State of the Vatican City, Servus Servorum Dei, Pope John Paul II?

So we rejoiced and celebrated and remained in a joy-filled atmosphere today.  And we thanked God again for His gift of this man, and continue to ask his intercession daily.
